Sound on! I have taken a new spy video of three Gordon Murray T.33 prototypes during some winter tests near the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia.
The Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) mules are T.33 AP1 and AP3 and another one without any prototype designation. AP stands for Advanced prototype and it is roughly the same stage of development as the T50 “VP” cars.
This is the first time a T.33 prototype has been spotted outside events in the wild and for the first time three cars on the road together. All three cars however aren’t painted, so we can see the bare carbon rear and the rest of the body in exposed carbon. A closer look to these prototypes reveal a different look at some details. The rear has an additional air intake and the reflector is sitting at a different position than at the car they’ve showed at previous events.
A 3.9-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine developed by Cosworth, which revs up to 11,100 rpm and delivers approximately 615 hp (452 kW) is powering the GMA T.33.
